What's the best thing about working at Supersteil?

That sure is the great team which we create creative projects with. A selected amount of enthusiastic friends is working on great projects every day, and I love being part of that! Getting inspired and having a laugh is also part of the daily routine.

Flash or HTML?

Hehe, the well-known discussion. I started developing interactive media with Adobe Flash, but was always intersted in different techniques. After doing my graduation-thesis about HTML5 & User Experience I was able to create the bigger picture. It's not Flash or HTML, but a fine combination.
These technics both have advantages and great possibilities. It's great to have the ability to choose the best technic per project for creating the best experience.

What's fun about working here as a developer?

Being a developer at Supersteil brings you a variety of creative projects. One day you may work on a HTML5-blog, interactive quiz and CMS. It's all part of the game, and it's the kind of game I really enjoy.

What gives you the best satisfaction when working on a project?

When a perfectly interactive project is online, seeing the analytics go sky-high and reading about it at Twitter and other Social Media. Beside that, it's always great to receive words about a project I developed.

Some last thoughts to share?

For me, Supersteil is more than having a desk to work at. It's a place where I enjoy cycle to every day, having a laugh, playing a game en getting inspiration and satisfaction.
